Welcome to the Royal Norwegian Embassy in London’s online booking system.
You must book an appointment for the renewal of your existing passport, and to apply for a personal number and first-time passport. Prepare for your visit by reading the information on our website. We will not be able to process your application if you arrive at your appointment without the required documents.
The booking system will allow you to make a group booking for up to six (6) persons. Please note that we are unable to serve those who do not have an appointment.
Unfortunately, the Embassy experiences a high volume of ‘no-shows’, likely due to double bookings. This impacts the availability of appointments for others. Please do not book more appointments than you need. Double bookings will be deleted without prior notification.
The embassy is currently reviewing the booking system in order to improve our service before we release appointments for December 2023 onwards.
