You must schedule an appointment in the embassy's appointment system if you wish to renew your Norwegian passport or apply for a personal identification number/first-time passport. This also applies to children under 18 years of age. Prepare for the appointment by reading the information on passport and personal identification number. We will not be able to process your application if you come to the appointment without the necessary documents.
Please note that you can only apply for a national ID card in Norway Passport and ID card – Police.no

The appointment system will allow you to schedule an appointment for up to four (4) people. Please note that we cannot prioritize those who show up without an appointment. Double booking will be deleted without prior notice.
